We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 to help protect the inquiry form from spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA may collect device, browser, interaction, cookie, and risk information under the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service.

3. Please do not submit sensitive information

The public inquiry form is not intended for patient records, protected health information, medical records, Social Security numbers, financial account details, passwords, authentication credentials, or other highly sensitive information. A separate written agreement and approved secure workflow must be established before myDevPartners receives regulated or confidential client data.
